Obituary Notice

Karlotta Leone Tuttle Garner, age 56, of Little Rock, died Friday, June 24, 2005. She was born in Mason City, Iowa. She was a graduate of Little Rock Central High School, attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received her Registered Nurses License. Karlotta was dedicated to her career, always showing compassion for her patients and their families. She was a unique individual and a rebel to the end. 

Karlotta is survived by one son, Glen Rhea, Jr., of North Little Rock, one daughter, Krystal Leone Singleton and husband Marc of Hot Springs, one sister Joy Victory and husband Sonny of Sherwood, one brother Kent Tuttle and wife Glenda of Bradford, Arkansas, 3 grandchildren; Taylor Rhea, and Vincent and Dorothy Singleton, and a nephew Hank Victory and wife Rachel. 

There will be a memorial service Tuesday at 10am in the Chapel of Ruebel Funeral Home officiated by Chaplain Rusty Howard. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Ruebel Funeral Home. www.ruebelfuneralhome.com.
