Obituary Notice

Mrs. Isabelle Brett Perry Cooper, age 77 of North Little Rock, and formerly of Windsor, North Carolina died peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Monday, November 28th, 2005. She went to be with the Lord joining her husband Turner Bond Cooper, Jr. and son Turner Bond Cooper, III. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Cooper Moore and husband Jim of Huntsville, Alabama, Monta Cooper Walker and husband David of North Little Rock, one son Dr. Edward Perry Cooper and wife Cheryl of Hot Springs, Arkansas, six grandchildren, Sarah Brett Walker Todd, Matthew and Turner Moore, E. P., Catie and Libby Cooper and one great-grandchild, Isabelle Todd.

Isabelle was a 50 year member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, a member of the Colonial Dames and once active with The Centers for Youth and Family, and the Arkansas Arts Center.

There will be a visitation today, Wednesday from 5 to 7pm at Ruebel Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service Thursday at 1pm at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral officiated by The Very Reverend Henry Hudson. Burial will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Ruebel Funeral Home, www.ruebelfuneralhome.com.
