Biography: Elizabeth Ann Mitchell, 76 of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock. She was born on March 24, 1940 in Shamokin, Pa., to the late Walter and Frances Belskie. Elizabeth joined the Army in 1959 having served for four years as a Medic, worked for St. Vincent?s Hospital of Little Rock for 32 years before retiring and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Elizabeth is survived by her two children, Tommy Mitchell of Little Rock and Tina Moore (Curtis) of North Little Rock; four brothers, her twin brother, Robert Belskie (Jean) of Passaic, NJ, Michael Belskie (Kathy) of Jeffersonville, PA, Edward Belskie (Joyce) of Mifflinburg, PA and Walter Belskie (Jean) of Passaic, NJ; three sisters, Helen Leader of Trevorton, PA, Frances Dooley of Jacksonville, FL, and Rita Hardyman (Milton) of Philadelphia, PA; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Frances Belskie, and a brother, Joseph Belskie. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, 2016 at Pinecrest Cemetery with Deacon Butch King officiating. Special thanks to Baptist Health Medical Center of North Little Rock for the great care she received and to Premier Health and Rehab which became her home for the past several years, she loved it there.
