Glenna was the poet laureate for the Pine Bluff High School Class of 1944 and her writings were deeply appreciated at any class gathering. I did forward the sad tale of her passing to class members who still have an e-mail address. Please convey my condolences to her family.

I am so thankful for God placing Brenda and I at Petit Jean State Park on Monday/Tuesday and helping us to be sensitive to the struggle in Mr. Barrett's life on Tuesday morning. Holten Heights Church of the Nazarene in Tuscaloosa, Alabama has been praying for him and the family. God would you bless this wonderful Christian gentleman in this time of the loss of the love of his life. As he cherishes the memories send your Holy Spirit to comfort his as only you can.
